HOW TO ORDER

Email us at OLCgifts@gmail.com to place your order.

1. Let us know the item(s) you wish to purchase

2. Let us know what you would like to engrave on the item or the Design # from our Design Gallery

3. Have your own artwork/logo/house photo?

   • Artwork/Logos should be emailed in a vector (eps or pdf) format, preferably black and white

   • House photos should be in a JPEG format, 400KB or higher

4. We create your design using the information you provide and email a proof for your review. Designs can take up to 3 days to finalize.

Turnaround time is typically 5 business days from design approval to completion.
